Woot Woot

Down another 1 1/2 pounds this morning! Yay! If that's what walking will do then I'll be out there everyday. Especially if the weather is as beautiful as it is this morning!! I had too much bread yesterday too! Oh well, maybe that's what my body needed.

Weight Loss = 7 1/2 pounds
Goal = 22 1/2 pounds more by the end of June.

yayyy. but be careful. don't make the mistake of weighing everyday. My weight fluctuates so much that one day I might have lost 5 pounds for the week but then the next day be down to 2...that really aggravates and discoirages me. As of this morning I have lost 20 pounds since Jan. 5. I'm proud of that but I definitely hoped to be losing faster!!
