for something sweet!!! I mean sweet!!! Real sweet!!!
There was nothing in the house but fresh fruit sooooooooo. I whipped up a banana smoothie and it seriously tastes like homemade banana ice cream.
3 frozen bananas
3/4 cup light soy milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tblsp. low fat vanilla yogurt
2 packets sweetener ( I used natural Stevia )
Whiz everything together in a blender and serve in a pretty dish with a spoon. Yum!
Oh and I don't want anything sweet anymore : > )
